• Went to UIC for oxygen plasma treatment for PDMS disks. 8 disks were treated with 2 runs: each 4 for Monday and Thursday group, respectively. Conditions used are as follows: » O2: 6 sccm | Power: 25W | Pressure: 75 mTorr (~40 for actual flow)
• PDMS disks for Thursday group will be tested on Wednesday. If the wettability is good enough, the lab will go ahead without extra treatment.
