ME395 Lab 2. Since the RIE at NU is down, activity 2 and 3 were not done as planned. Last year's data was used for analysis. PDMS replacas treated with oxygen plasma yesterday didn't work. The wettability got back to be hydrophobic. I remember last year it lasted for more than a day. UIC recipe might not have provided enough chage of the surface property of PDMS. [1300:1540]
