Lab#1 for Monday group. Activity #3 (making PMDS replicas) was done before #2 like last year. Activity #2 took ~1 hour and moved to the cleanroom. Everything went pretty smooth. The group was dismissed at around 4:30 pm, but two students came late in the beginning, and they wanted to stay late to finish what they missed. Students gathered in BG33. Wafer molds prepared last Friday were used. Tape was put on the edges of a wafer and another tape rolled in a ring shape was put under the wafer for leveling. In that way, pretty uniformly thick PDMS disk was obtained not like last year, in which the tape on the edges was also used for leveling. [1300:1730]
