• A DNA solution containing 2 µL of diluted DNA solution (DNA powder in 50 µL PBS), 18 µL of PBS, and 10 µL of the cocktail.
• Chip 2 of the 11-28-05 set. Laser on cantilever 3.
• Pitch between dots: 2 µm
• 3x3 [2, 1, 0.5s] => 6x6 @ (-40,40); 79°F, 83%
• 3x3 [2,1,0.5s] => 6x5 @ (5,40)
• 3x3 [4,2,1s] => 6x5 @ (5,0); 79°F, 85%
• 3x3 [4,2,1s] => 4x5 @ (-40,-10); 79°F, 86%
