Susbtrate preparation
SiOx/Si substrates were ultrasonicated in ethanol for 30 minutes. Subsequently, they were immersed in a piranha solution (H2SO4:H2O2, 4:1 in volume) for 40 minutes. APTMS (3'-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane) solutions in ethanol and toluene, respectively, were prepared and the substrates were kept in the solutions for 4 hours.
First experiment
- 20 µL of the fluorophore and 5 µL of DMF
- 3x3 [2, 1, 0.5s] => 5x5 @ (-40, 40); dx=dy=9; 79°C, 89%
- 2nd and 3rd exp 79°C, 90%
Second experiment
- DMF:fluorophore=9:1
- Contact time: 5 sec
