DNA type 'BA' was employed and diluted in 6.6 µL of PBS and 3.4 µL of the cocktail. (same condition as 12/7 and 8)
Same tip as 12/7 and 12/8. The laser spot was on the cantilever #2.
Conditions are as follows (1st quadrant):
- 3x3 [1,0.5,0.25s] => 6x6 @ (-40,40); 79°F, 88%.
- 3x3 [0.5, 0.25, 0.125s] => 5x5 @ (5, 40); 79°F, 88%
- 3.3 [1, 0.5, 0.25s] => 5x5 @ (5, -5); 79°F, 88%; tip contact force readjusted due to seemingly separation from the surface during the previous writing.
2nd trial
The position is moved to the 4th quadrant.
- 3x3 [4, 2, 1s] => 6x6 @ (-40,40); 79°F, 89%
- 3x3 [2, 1, 0.5s] => 10x5 @ (5,40); 79°F, 89%
