• Solution of thiol-modified DNA has been prepared with help from Robert. Disulfide bonds in the DNA were reduced by chemical treatment. It will be kept in the fridge until experiments this Friday. Contact with oxygen promotes cleaved disulfide bonds back to dimers, which can be prevented by freezing the solution.
