Crossbeam training

Training on the Crossbeam FIB at Argonne National Lab. Original idea was to put a nanotube on the volcano tip of the FPN device to improve the sharpness, but according to Dr. Hiller, it is too time-consuming, so instead the growth of a tungsten pillar was tried. Electron beam deposition using spot scan gave pillars with dimensions of ~200 nm diameter and ~3 µm tall.
